TwEECer download for SHO and Mustang owners.

TwEECer update download

TwEECer definitions download

TwEEcer wideband update and instructions download

1) Update Wideband TwEECer dbf file

A) Rename diywb.dbf in stkr\data to diywb.old
B) Unzip the attachment and place diywb.dbf in the data folder
C) Set the Output of the LM1 to (done with LM Programmer software):
1v = 10.00 AFR
2v = 20.00 AFR
D) Then select "DIYWB" from the Setup tab on CalCon.

2) Connect this output to pin27 on your EEC (green w/brown stripe wire). There are two ways this can be done:

A) Connect it to the wire directly at the EGR, this tends to be the most common method.
B) Connect it directly to pin27 on the connector to your EEC. Then connect the LM1 ground wire to Pin 20 (do not disconnect this wire from the harness)

3) Assuming all electrical connections are good, the next and final steps are to setup a custom payload within caledit and datalog the results in CalCon.

A) Startup CalEdit.
B) Click the tab labeled "Scalars" at the top.
C) Change the value for "EGR System Type" to "2".
D) Click the tab labeled "Utilities" at the top.
E) The top right of the screen contains the various variables you may datalog (you may select up to 16). Select the items you would like to datalog, and make sure you include "EGR Valve Position for DIYWB".
F) Click "Payload".
G) Click the tab at the top labeled "Input / Output".
H) Check the box labeled "Data Logging" which is right below the button called "Read EEC".
I) Turn the key in the ignition to the ON position and wait 5 seconds (so windows can have time to load the USB driver to talk to the TwEECer).
J) Click "Write TwEECer".
